I posted an accurate, honest review of a business I dealt with. Absolutely did not violate any rules. The review was up for a couple of days and now it is visible only to me. The business seems to have had it hidden. Ironically, all of their visible reviews are 5 star only. So I feel like this is happening to others who submit honest, less than perfect reviews for this company. How can we get accurate customer info if the business can just hide any negatives and customers have no way to contact google to review this.

you can try submitting this, i am also doing the same thing. hopefully it resolves our problem
