I like being a Google guide because the reviews and photos help people to be more comfortable and know more about where they want to go. It’s fun to share a little bit about my experiences with the Google world.
When I have a good time, there is a little more fun in sharing it.
Also, when there is a problem I definitely want to warn people that there is a concern.
It’s also an opportunity to reach out to business owners with feedback
One time, I went to a restaurant that had good food, but was cold. Most people had their coats on through the whole meal, but management never noticed while I was there. I commented to a staff member, but nothing happened.
I did a good review but commented that it was cold. The owner responded, and now he is watching out.
