I received a mail from google maps informing that I am eligible for the limited edition Google PIN.
I redeemed the item using the code and gave the address to ship.
Its been more than 3 months and I still didn’t receive anything. I contacted google support and got to know about this forum.

Please hide your tracking number or delete the pictures entirely.
Either your package is stuck with the shipping company or the customs.
You’re not in this alone, a lot of people are having this issue and there is nothing to do other than wait.
You can order a replacement reward by filling your credentials on the bottom part of the FAQ page.
But before you order a replacement please consider that it may take even longer to get.

You can also check with your local post office. Many a times it get stuck there also with Indian Postal Department. In general, this comes to us through Speed Post in India.
