I am local guide level 7 with 11k points, still not received Google pin, can i know the procedure

There is no pattern, and there’s no fairness in who gets rewards. It is just a marketing gimmick.

Thanks for sharing this, yes some times we will feel bad which lower level guys are getting this PIN.
