I received a mail from google maps informing that I am eligible for the limited edition Google PIN.
I redeemed the item using the code and gave the address to ship.
Its been more than 20 days and I still didn’t receive the site. i contacted DHL and they told me to check with the sender.
But unfortunately, I don’t know to whom I shall follow up in google maps for this issue.

This is my first reward since I am working with Google and I filled my form today its showing that I will receive my reward within 6 weeks .
So you will surely get your gift in given time period .

Please see the reply from DHL below when I enquired about the delay in delivery.
Still, the item is not delivered.
"We regret you haven’t received your shipment yet.
Delivery time delays can be due to weather incidents, customs or backlogs.
In your case, please contact your shipper or online shop to discuss options.
An official investigation can only be raised by the shipper.
We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced during the delivery process."

Received mail from Google maps that I am eligible for Google pin. After that I redeemed the code. By which I was contacted my DHL and they shared tracking ID , to track my package but till date I didn’t received my package yet. Mailed DHL many times , there is no response. When i try to search for package in there website , there is no details available for package. Please help.

Hello I received a request to apply for a Google Pin but I haven’t received a status update after completing the form with my information. Is there anyway to check the status of my delivery?
