Google need to fix the selection process for 'Connect Live Program'

I believe Google should stop accepting the same applicants again and again (some people are attending for the third time in a row) and start giving chance to new applicants for the Connect Live Program so that everyone gets a chance to involve, exchange ideas and learn. The program should focus on engaging new local guides and spark conversation and new ideas rather than accepting the same applicants who’ve already been there and had the experience.

Plus i don’t see any transparency in this whole selection process.

last year i have applied local guide connect but this year i have not applied for google local guide connect
