Google My Business Listings Suspended

Hi All.

I am a rare guest here, but I hope to get the answers:

Our agency got into the middle of the ordeal when over 500 listings got suspended. Those are national post offices. Suspending meant them all listings being taken off the maps and their records on GMB suspended. Nothing has been done to the listings except Street View has been published from a different account. No title or records changed. All national post offices suspended.

We have tried appealing multiple times. We have tried contacting impossible to contact Google support. We have tried everything we could come up with. Nothing helped.

Deal community: please help us to restore national post offices on Google Maps.

I found quite surprising your post, because you are posting here as a Business (for the second time), and this is totally against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions

This issue is not related to the Local Guides Program, but to Google My Business (GMB) instead.

The business owner should contact the Google My business Community, if need help with the issue.

I am of course sorry about the issue, but this is not something that Local Guides can manage.

I appreciate your template reply to this issue which resolves absolutely nothing, but at the same time I hope you understand the frustration we are dealing with at the moment.

Links you provide are absolutely useless and we’ve tried everything to contacts Google My Business. There is no response whatsoever.

Once again: I appreciate Your automated response, but I was looking for an explanations on what is going on with Google My Business listings.

BTW, addressing the question to a wrong community will not help you to resolve the issue, and in any case I have already tagged a Google Moderator to this post to give you the best possible help

I suggest you to check the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions already shared to you, to understand a bit more about the Local Guides program, and the difference between a Local Guide and a business.

What you reported is indeed an issue but, again, it is not related to Local Guides

Thanks for sharing your concerns with us on Connect.

As @ErmesT mentioned to you already, the Local Guides program is not a platform for business owners and the Local Guides should participate in the community only as individuals. Please make sure you share questions related to business listings to the Google My Business community. You can also refer to the similar issues already shared there to find a proper solution from an expert.
