I would like to kindly ask to avoid using inappropriate language on Connect as this is not allowed according to our Local Guides program rules. Please change your signature and read carefully the tips that @ErmesT already mention to you on how to use Connect.
And to answer to your question - you can send reports using the send feedback option on Google Maps in the language you prefer - in your case either Polish or English. I hope this helps
