Unfortunately, Google Maps does not send money for the effort expended.
I have reached ten million views on Google Maps alone.
Perhaps it is a frustrating thing.
I have traveled to countries with personal effort and put recommendations in all my social media accounts.
Maps authority doesn’t send money to local guide. They send only prize to the selected person. But on what’s basis do they give prize, I don’t know.
There is no pattern, and there’s no fairness in who gets rewards. It is just a marketing gimmick.

Upon starting your local guide journey, you made your consent to this this voluntarily. And even though it might not seem fair to not get anything for your effort, it’s what you signed up to.
If we got money for views, some users would be millionaires. This is just not a thing that’s possible and you should be happy about helping others. What you can do though is apply at Google for a position and technically get money for your contributions.
