The video is useful, no doubt.
However, you have muted the voice. So I believe you are explaining how to set the language and then do an edit, only through the screen capture.
But, are you suggesting to translate everything verbatim? Does that include translation of proper nouns also? Or it is going to be writing of the original English Text in Bengali script?
For example, if there is a place called “Rainbow Nursery School”, then, is it worthwhile to translate the proper noun “Rainbow”?
Further, how the users will ensure the correctness of the translation?
Whether in Bengali also, do you write a word containing a short vowel differently as compared to a long vowel? Or, there is no such differentiation?

Sorry for the audio. I was trying my Boya mic to record audio for this video. Looks like the sound quality is not much good as I expected.
I suggest to translate the places in original pronunciation. A you said the original English Text in Bengali script. The main fact is to keep the place name as it is pronouncing in locals. We cannot translate Rainbow or Rose used in names. I know a stationary and photocopy store named as 'Rose Photostat. If we translate that to proper bengali using dictionary it will turn around as “Golap Protilipi” that sounds total disaster as a place name and no one can recognize the place.
Bengali language has a different system for vowels. I have worked with wikipedia translation validation and patrolling. This needs human interaction for validation on each places. I am not much clear about the google maps AKA local guides paroling system though.

Also glad to know there is no ambiguity of writing short & long vowels separately.
Nevertheless, I still have some curiosity.
You have informed that you intend to write the English names in Bengali script.
However, the English language has two distinct vowels as “a” as in “Bank” and “o” in “Pot”.
How would you write that in Bengali?
Please note, we have adopted two additional vowels to take care of that & place a half-moon sign on the top of the consonant. Is that the same in Bengali?
Further, although we shouldn’t translate any proper noun, in my opinion, there no harm in converting the names of public places & institutions using an appropriate word in our languages.
Why not use the word গ্রন্থাগার (Granthāgāra) while translating the name of a library?
Hello @C_T I am not much pro in English, so may be there would be a gap in some replies. Let me make a short reply on this comment.
“Bank” = ব্যাংক
“Pot” = পট
A in bank is using 2 more character and o in pot is ind of like silent in written language of Bengali. This is called chandrabindu. Chandrabindu is a diacritic sign with the form of a dot inside the lower half of a circle. The half-moon sign on top of the consonant is unique in Bengali language, Assamese language and some other indian sub continental languages. There are other example that could be used in place names such as চাঁদ, কাঁসা।
I think most people can’t identify a library with the word গ্রন্থাগার (Granthāgāra), library is a common word here.
