Google Maps Review Visibility Issue

Issue Description: I have encountered an issue with my Google Maps reviews. Despite being able to view my reviews when I visit the specific store pages, they are not visible to the public. This problem is consistent across all my reviews.

Additional Information:

  • I am a part of the Local Guides community.
  • I use a Mac and an iPhone for posting reviews.
  • I have provided screenshots of my reviews and links to them.

Request for Assistance: I am seeking assistance to understand why my Google Maps reviews are not visible to the public. I have followed the provided link to understand missing and delayed reviews, but the issue persists. Please investigate and help me resolve this matter.

This is happened with me also .

All reviews of every contributor will not get published. They automatically filter some reviews and publish.

I think your profile is set to restricted. If you want help to spot what could be the cause, you need to change your privacy setting as explained here temporarily. It can also be done from a Desktop computer. Goto Your contributions, then Profile settings, then toggle Restricted profile.

It’s already off, and as I understand from your message, the Restricted switch button should be off as well. My reviews are still not visible to the public.

Do you have another solution for this issue, please?

I added a “I think” in my first reply.

The bad news is that all your pics and reviews are hidden most likely due to guideline violations.

I suggest you take a look at my posts on typical review and photo violations under:

With an open mind you should be able to spot what you have been doing wrong.
