I received an email from local guides stating that I have received a reward on March 14, 2023. There was a redeemable link with a cupon, so I clicked on it, filled all my details and it showed that I have to wait for six weeks. It is 22 July 2023, however I have not received the order confirmation email yet. Please help.

The same thing happened to me. It was closer to 8-10 weeks, but it will come in a oversized white envelope. Good work fellow Google Guide!!
