- Google Maps is the best way to share your view of a place with the world. I love to take lots of pictures of a place. The best way to share them with the world is Google maps. As Google maps is the best tool to research any location in the world. Rather than reviewing any place in words, I love to share my perspective visually, and let the world decide about the place. As they say, ‘a picture is worth thousand words’. This satisfies my craving not only for photography, but also about helping make places more accessible. As against Instagram, where you would be expected to upload only the most perfect shot, Google maps is quite different. Here I could upload even my not-so-perfect pictures and still expect people to view it and find it useful. Few of pics have received millions of views on Google maps while could gather only few likes on Instagram. Photographs provide opportunity to appreciate objects, activities or location with a different perspective. These perspectives are the most enriching part of any experience.
