I’m going to tell you about my good friend Google Maps, which is always with me when I need it. But first I’m going to tell you a little about me so you’ll understand why Google has become my best companion in my daily life.
First of all, I am an inveterate traveler who has already visited 18 countries and I do not intend to stop soon. For example this year I will visit the west coast of United States especially to attend the Connect Live 2019 event to be held at Google headquarters and I also plan to take a well-deserved vacation in New Zealand of which I have heard very good comments.
Another important thing about me is that my spatial intelligence is null, It means that I do not have the capacity to locate places, follow directions and know how to get easily to any place but that’s where my good friend Google Maps appear which never lets me get lose and it always takes me where I have to go. I have tried many different map apps, but with none, make me feel as comfortable as I am with Google, in fact, I am a Google fan so much that I have a sticker of the company logo stuck on this laptop from where I am writing this article.
It does not matter if I’m in my hometown or exploring a new city around the world, I always have my phone with a portable battery and updated Google maps to guide me in the best way to new places for me and that’s why I love recommending places, upload photos and answer questions so that more people like me can also guide them self and help google maps to be more friendly with everyone as he is with me, it’s even fun, have you ever played snake in New York City? You have to try and it that way entertain yourself while you’re on the subway.
When I go out with friends and we need direction to somewhere I say: “Relax google maps is always right” is great how it is integrated with public transport information and that is why I trusted the app so much and I know it never goes to disappoint me because guys in California work hard to make the best map app in the world and we the Local Guides do our job to enrich the maps with useful information for all users.
Thanks, Google
