@Samerghabra You can contact business using this option. But only verified business has a message option. Because you can get the answer from the people who manage the business. So to be able to send a message to find a GMB verified business and you will see the option to message at the bottom of the screen. Hope this helps.
Sound good… but how to make verified business maybe one day someone asked me because i didnt own business. Thank u
