Google Maps local guide worked as medicine đź’Š/treatment for me!? Amazing story

Four years ago I was Screen adict. I was searching for solution n treatment. I was in search of some platform which could help me get rid of Facebook, games and others. Meanwhile I got some emails from Google to become a local guide. I was totally unaware of it. Although I got started it and found it very helpful both for me and the community. I started learning it with spirit to help the locals in finding correct locations and information. After some time I started receiving appreciation from local as well as local businesses. I got rid of Facebook games and others. I have utilized my screen time in best way through Google maps. I have helped alot of local businesses like Tailors, electricians, Pharmacies, hospitals, hotels, book shops, sports shops, property dealers etc etc.

Amazingly I got appreciation and personal discounts from so many businesses after introducing myself as Local guide.

I have encouraged alot of friends to become Local guide.

I have received appreciation emails from Google.

I found. WhatsApp groups n connect through @KashifMisidia which encouraged me to do more by learning more from him and other co local guides.

Today I have completed four years at Google maps.

I’m happy and proud to be a local guide as it helped me to get rid of screen ediction n I helped Local community.

Well Done @FayyazMarwat and continue the good work. When we are updating information on map so we are going to help those whom we don’t even know and alternatively when we are using Google Maps feature so someone else working and helping us. Keep it up. Well done
