Google maps isn’t allowing me to post a review. Help ?

I suggest that you clear cache and data on your Google Maps Android app and then ensure that you have installed the latest version on your device.
To do this, go to the settings of your phone > Apps > Google Maps. Clear cache, data and also force stop the app. I would follow this up with a restart of the device as well. After this, try again and if you still run into issues, then please let us know.

Much appreciated also from @Shirley , for providing the needed instructions (the reply would also be accepted as Solution for giving resolution), should there be further situations for have the first initial steps checked.

hi @Erjol this type of problem occurs with me also many times.
the reason I found this is because the place could be a very popular place and already have a large number of reviews.
and google maps team also some time stop taking more reviews for the particular place to stop spamming.
I was even unable to edit my review but was able to delete my review.
I hope this could solve your problem.
