Good day, I’m currently facing an issue of Google not awarding me points for my contributions on Maps, for I’m really confused that I’ve currently posted a total of 52718 photos and videos here but it’s recorded that I’ve posted only 52645 photos and videos on the contributions breakdown page and has never awarded me any points for my remaining posts ever since. I hope that people who knew what happened behind this bug could share your response here and make further actions by informing Google (if possible), so that we could improve and enhance our experience in using the Maps together in the future. Thank you.

Sorry, this is happening to you. Can you share when you noticed this issue? How long ago did you add the photos videos and then not see the points be rewarded to you?

@KarenVChin Thanks for your reply! I’ve started to notice this error since about 1 pm yesterday (GMT +8), and it still persists until now. I really hope that this could be resolved as soon as possible.
@mackwongyy – do you know the number of photos and videos you upload to Google Maps? Was it all at one time?

@KarenVChin I’ve had a total of 73 photos and videos not awarded by Maps, and most of them are separate spots on the Maps, other than a few.
