Hi, I’m trying to unlock all badges on Google Maps, slowly but surely…
Under “fact finder” what does “facts checked, verify 3 edits” mean?
Is this 3 edits to places that are verified by Google? As I don’t understand how I can verify an edit? I don’t have that power, surely?
Also, it asks “choose answers for 25 questions” does this mean answer 25 questions? As I can’t find a place where I can select someone else’s answer to a question to verify that it’s correct.

you can find most of the answers directly from your profile in Google Maps, Just over your badges, there is a link, with the following text: “Learn more”. Clicking in there you will reach Points, levels, and badging , with a detailed explanation of the different ways to contribute.
Fact checking is a process to verify edits made by others in the area where you live. When available, the Check the facts Icons will appear on your “Contribute” tab. If you don’t see the icon in there, it means that there are no fact for you to check.
From there, tapping on “contribute more” you will reach the “Share your experience” page and scrolling down you will find the Answer Questions button
