Google Maps and Photo Sphere issue

I have an issue on Street View of Google Maps. The house next door to me has a bunch of Photo Sphere pictures inside it. My house next door is currently for sale. When a user goes to my house listing in HAR.com and clicks on Street View, they end up in the Photo Spheres of my neighbor’s house instead. The neighbor claims he has dleted the Photo Sphere pictures but they still show up on my Street View when I zoom in close to my house on Google Maps. Any help getting this fixed?

Hi @Mikejrexec1

If your neighbor was willing to delete those photos you should ask him/her to check again. Once the owner of a photo takes it down it will normally be gone for good right away.

Next, please be aware that we are not allowed to list houses for sale or any private home on Google Maps.

The official Google Maps help page Places you can’t add to the map can be found here.

Best regards

Hi @Mikejrexec1

Looks like you are selling your house, and the vendor took a series of photo spheres to show the place to the customers. Am I correct?

If so, you should ask to the author of the photos, or to the agency, to fix the issue.

A 360 photo can be indeed moved on the right location, but this can be done only by the ones who uploaded the photos.

This is not a Google maps issue, and if the author of the photos is not able to fix the position, he should contact the community directly.

Thanks everyone. I thought I was posting in the right place. I actually got the tech guy from HAR to fix it.
