Google Maps added "Etage G"?

Hi everyone

So I’ve just updated my employers business account in Maps and added the information of ‘2nd floor’

When I checked the update in Incognito Mode, Google has added ‘Etage G’.

How does Google just add something like that? Does the ‘G’ mean ground floor?

And how do I get it deleted?

Thanks so much in advance for your help.

Cheers

Hi Shola

Thanks for pointing that out!

This is actually my private account but I updated my employers business account (which is not this one).

I don’t think my question is only important for my employers Business. It’s just a mistake of Google to put ‘etage g’. Could be any account.

Cheers and thanks again

Thank you for responding @RebekkaMartinaE

Please note to use the tagging tool “@” followed by the username when relying to someone in particular.

Still you’ll need to report it on Google my buisness page using the account of the buisness. You’ll get a better response seeing it’s your own private buisness.
