突然のご連絡をお許しください。

Google Mapで下記のエラーが出てしまい、活動ができずにいます。

Hello @KEITOO

I find that in the thread for which you provided a link, the problem described is Maps is not returning any search result. You feel that the snag is related to your profile.

However, please note that the Maps and Navigation services are available to everybody. Tha’s not linked to profile.

If the app is not reporting any search results, you need the following actions.

  1. Cleared the app cache & stored data.
  2. Update the app.
  3. Try searching in a greater area & then narrow down.

Thank you for the response.

I did that action.

However, the problem is not solved.

This is a serious error that has occurred since January 18, 2020.

マップにログインするとPCでもアプリでも、何でもヒットするようです。申し訳ありませんがスクリーンショットを送っていただけませんか。

@KEITOO さんのデスクトップ環境は「Windows10 Home、バージョン: 79.0.3945.117（Official Build） 、（64 ビット）」でしょうか。そして、スマートフォンアプリでも同じ不具合が起きてますか。
