@JGhosh007 I can say that most of us contributors have some experiences like yours sometimes. Although I am not able to give you a perfect answer of why some of your edits are not accepted, this old post below can give some idea of how possibly to do an edit better
For rejected edits, if can be improved on, try again in a bit of time.
As a long-standing Level 10 Local Guide I am deeply saddened to see the way that you were given the usual canned response and then referred to a link on the old Connect 1.0 forum (which is now apparently against the rules).
I can only assume that the issues you face are of recent origin considering the fact that you are a Level 10.
What has worked for me this past week has the advice provided by a fellow Local Guide** @JanVanHaver **who recommended that our first attempt to add a missing place was restricted to the three essential fields only :
Before I read his blog on the subject I had been far too meticulous and had completed each and every one of the fields (according to the official guidelines) with great accuracy only to find that the entire entry was always rejected immediately as a result.
Now that I limit the first attempts to the three required fields I have had a much higher success rate in adding missing places and can go back and supply the details I had held back in later edits.
One other thing that I have done which might have helped is that I have set my camera to record the geospatial data when I am at the location and then I upload the photo as part of the process.
This simple method has saved me a lot of work and a lot of hours because I used to fill in all the details of the opening hours in the past in my first attempt.
Having said that there are other issues which may have to do with problems with Google’s own mapping data that can only be resolved by a Google technician and for these kinds of issues you will need to use the “submit feedback” link and then wait for some kind of response.
That is the official advice at the moment for what it is worth.
