Google map pin not yet Delivered

Hi there,
I received a mail for localguide reward (a Google map pin), I added the address and got order confirmation on 02/May/2023 and deutschepost send me a tracking link for the same on 15/MAY/2023. Unfortunately the order not yet delivered to my address. Image attachment added.

I received my Google pin within 2months so I request you to wait a bit long but will sure get it. It is being shipped from Switzerland so it will take time. Hope you get it soon. After delivery post your selfie image.

Google Maps doesn’t offer a rewards program directly. However, they do have a Local Guides program where users can contribute reviews, photos, and information about places in exchange for points and benefits. Keep in mind that things might have changed since then, so I recommend checking the Google Maps website or app for the latest information on any rewards programs they might have introduced.

Same as me . I got tracking details and reached in India on May,2023. Still I didn’t get my reward yet. There is no way to customer care service too for the reward .Kindly please help to receive the reward if anybody knows the way to figure it out.
