issue when uploading pic and videos on map many times. Should I upload again or not. Plz help me for permanent solution for this type error.

@vksdreams firstly you change the section from Photography to how - tos, for your issue.
Now your Google map issue - as of my knowledge & experience, whenever you upload photos & video upload to Google map firstly check your internet - broadband speed & connection, sometimes photo upload take some time but upload on Google map, if not upload update, then you go to help Desk section read the Google moderator blog that help you to understand the issues.
