Local Guides can create a group on any social media they choose, but it would be better to share most of the information here on Connect! Connect is the only official Local Guides community.
On a related note, you may organize a meet-up. Once your meet-up is approved, it will automatically appear as a post in the Meet-ups topic section for other Local Guides to participate.
