In the google maps app version, I could see badges but when I open my google maps profile in the laptop I couldn’t see the google local guides badges.
I am not sure whether it is a bug or technical error on my end. Anyways I strongly wish that I could see my proud google local guides badges in the google maps profile laptop version.
I have screenshots below , if anybody here can figure out the error and help me to see my badges in desktop version that could be great help .

This is normal, there is not an error nor an issue in your account. Google maps for web is a bit different from Google Maps App, there are functions available only in the App, like badges and Followers, or the navigation (driving) feature.
I also want to let you know that we use the How Tos label to ask question to the community, while Idea Exchange has been designed to suggest ideas to Google for improvements.
