Possibly you have the yet to be announced “Connect Live 2020” event in your mind.

You need staying tuned to the announcement section.

Once published, you will also get an email explaining in detail how to apply for participating in that. You will receive an invitation once your request is approved.

Nope!, As per google rules, you must know about the English Language. Not much more but a little bit conversational.
