Hi i had claimed a google local guide edition socks perk in September 2019, Till now i have not received it… is there any way i can get more info regarding which courier or why it hasn’t been delivered ?

For the moment, with the current condition of more than 6 months of waiting period, please go to the FAQs page on the redemption website, and input your unique code into the “What can I do about a missing or damaged item” and submit. Our shipping team will look into it and get back to you.
