It is nice to know that you are organizing a meetup in AHD.
The form is well-designed though I suggest not sharing a mobile number in the banner.
There are several active local guides in AHD among whom moderator and Guiding Star @NareshDarji is the foremost.
Having conducted several meetups previously himself, I am sure he can guide you in conducting a great first meetup.

Meanwhile please kindly edit your post to delete the contact number/details. On connect we value everyone’s privacy including yours. We don’t want to have any scammmers or someone like that having access to your mobile number… for these reasons we don’t encourage sharing of personal information opening on the forum. You can do so In the PM section if you must share it. It’s safer that way.
Also remember to add a disclaimer on your registration form. Just so that the local guides will know what’s what.
