We are Google Map editors who add places, upload pictures, give reviews. Usually we do not remember the names of the shops / places which is edited by us. But the shopkeepers who ask for their store’s mobile number, when they open and close the shop, they remember us. Today I will share that interesting story as my local guide. When I think of those days, I really feel proud of myself.
I am Ovi Chowdhury. Like most of The Bangladeshi, I also love to eating and traveling.Most of the time I get food treats from others 
. But this time it’s a little different. Because I got my first salary 
in my first job. In the 1st month, I became very close to my colleagues.After getting my first month salary they started to insist they needed treats. I said ok.
So, it’s not too late to open the Google map and see restaurant reviews and food reviews. Then I got a family restaurant. It has good reviews on Google Maps, which has a good environment and quality of food. Which is a 20-minute walk from my office. Before going to eat, I took the restaurant number from the Google map and Booked a table for us.
The real surprise came when I went to pay the bill, the cashier told me that you gave our restaurateur’s number on Google? That’s the reason our sales have grown a lot. I said I work as a Google Local Guide. Maybe your restaurant caught my eye when I was on this road so I asked your mobile number and put it on google map, But I don’t remember exactly. The cashier gave me a special discount even after hearing me. My colleagues started praising me then. Right then my chest filled with pride as a local guide.
