Google Local Guide google maps pin is not delivered

To Community,

I received a mail from Google saying congratulations and you can claim your google maps pin on 14th March. I claim the pin on the same day and it was showing that you will get your pin in a 5-6 week time frame but it never come to India. So I raise the concern again and reordered it but still have not received it. Don’t find any support or help button from Google. Can anyone face the same issue or anyone from Google can help me for the same?

I am facing the same problem too, its been 1 month since i reedem the reward i.e,(Google maps Pin) but my reward didn’t not received yet.

Same problem. My pin arrived in India on May 18 and since then no update. I even have DHL tracking code but no response from their side.

Same here. I didn’t get my pin yet. It’s been 6-7 months.

Same problem with me as well. I got a mail from Google that, Google Maps Pin is going to be delivered with in next 6 weeks. But, now it is morethan 6 months still no update on this. I didn’t find any tracking id/contact number in the mail. I don’t know where to connect with Google on this. Please reply if you know any contact email on this.

It’s been a year but i also didn’t received myLocal Guides Pin yet. Don’t know what is going on :person_shrugging:‍ :male_sign:
