- What is the most interesting thing you’ve done as a Local Guide?
I’d say the coolest thing I’ve done would be when I hiked Laie Falls Solo in Hawaii on Christmas Day 2016. Ended up hiking for three-plus hours and went through some epic terrain with an awesome View of the ocean. Ended up taking a epic Selfie by placing my phone on a Rock and diving into a pool next to Waterfall before the self timer went off. Loved that day, and enjoyed sharing it on Google Maps!
- What does the Local Guides program mean to you?
I’d say that local guides is community that really cares what is around them and wants to share that with the world. I constantly I am looking around and exploring, and when something isn’t listed that could I’d say that local guides is a community that really cares what is around them and wants to share that with the world. I constantly am looking around and exploring, and when something isn’t listed that could benefit others I usually I want to update the map for others to find. Local guides has been awesome and will continue to be great!
