I am also facing same issue. Even my all reviews are genuine and if I am giving 1 or 2 star to any place, Google is saying “fake review” - how come Google ?? Even if you can track my location with review, I was posting the reviews from that place only but still not approving. I am losing my trust on local guides now a days. Very unstable product.

I have noticed that in Europe the Google Maps program is giving LGs a lot of problems, I don’t know if companies have complained about false reviews…etc. In any case, I am completely right, the program is unstable, there is an option when the program indicates that your review has not been published, click on details (within the black circle in the screenshot that I have added) and then to send an appeal, it takes a maximum of two days and they will surely publish it. In my case it doesn’t let me publish newly created sites and I provide all possible data so that it can be verified and published. We will have to wait for an update, because the truth is that it demotivates and makes you waste a lot of time.I hope it helps you, you can also visit the policy regarding what is allowed to be written and what is not, in a review. Not every decision of the AI is good and we need to help train it. When you think you’ve had a review or image or video not published you can request a review by a human using the form found near the bottom of the post I have linked above.

@SusChat totalmente de acuerdo con lo que dices. He pedido la revisión de todas mis reseñas descartadas por el sistema y todas fueron correctas.
Lo malo es que el sistema me rechaza practicamente todas las reseñas que hago, lo que me obliga a revisarlas todas y a realizar un proceso incomodo e innecesario.
Creo que el sistema de analisis automàtico no tiene el nivel suficiente para estar en producción.
