Unfortunately, in our country, this service is considered as a tool for spying.
But the services provided by Google can be critical for many users.
Google does not have accurate information about religious ceremonies and properties in religious countries like Iran.

Unfortunately, I do not find the service from Google Map for religious ceremonies in countries such as Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, India, etc.
Religious events in these countries are so important that they make up about 20% of a person’s daily activities.
For example, someone goes to the mosque during the day to pray.
A variety of information can be provided about the members of the mosque or its events.

I looked at nearly 40 mosques in Tehran and none of them had claimed their listing on Google Maps.
Have you explored the options that become available after claiming a listing. There might be fields to list services and provide updates to and about members.
Only claim a listing if it is yours.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. As @MortenCopenhagen already mentioned, when the person responsible for a listing claims it on Maps, setting special hours for services becomes possible, for instance. There are many other options that you can find in the Google Maps Help Center and in the Google My Business Help Center. Please keep in mind that that some of the features are not available in some specific regions.
