Google Guide, Level 9 With Over 10,000,000 Views Per Month NEEDS Help!

Attention: Google Guides Worldwide…I Need Some Help!

Dear Google Guides,

i have been a Google Guide for years and i am Proudly at Level 9.

sadly, for months, i have Not received my monthly reports showing ME how many people have viewed my work or where my status is, etc.

i do Not know who to contact and/or what to do.

furthermore, it seems that i have remained at the Same Spot at Level 9 for Months without Moving Up The Ladder Even An Inch and i have been writing and publishing reviews on a constant, consistent basis.

once again, i need help from anybody who is a Google Guide with Experience on how to deal with these situations.

can anybody please help ME out or contact the Right People at Google that handle the Google Guide Department?

another thing: how come I Never Receive any Proper Gifts or Incentives for my work?

all i get are these Louzy $5.00 Off Movie Voucher in which i will NEVER use.

i will ONLY accept FREE items or Proper Gift Cards and No, i do Not Accept Coupons.

The points that you earn leads to higher levels of the program, as well as benefits like early access to Google features and special perks from partners. Hi @HOWARDPAULSHORE I am sorry that you no-longer receiving updates about your contribution, normally to receive updates you have to enable it from your settings, something might have happen on your settings which turned off those settings, make sure all the relevant settings are switched on for email updates or notifications.

Based on perks local guides are contacted from time to time based on their contribution, if you are doing very well you are normally contacted via email and be rewarded provided you enabled your settings to receive email from the local guide team.
