Why would a Google Guide leave a 1 star rating for our business and did not contact the company…same person left another 1 start review for a competitor…both done on a Sunday. How do I resolve?

You can directly flag reviews that you think violate our policies. However, we ask for your patience, as it may take several days for the review to be assessed and acted upon.
Please check out the Google My Business help centre or reach out in the Google My Business community forum, where the experts will be able to assist you better.
