Google Disapproving Genuine Update Request with Proof – Need Clarification

I’ve been trying to submit a genuine name update request on Google Maps, but it keeps getting disapproved by Google’s moderation system. The request is to correct the listing name from ‘Treebo Trend Hotel South Park’ to the original and current name ‘Hotel South Park’. I have personally verified this with photo evidence, and even the GMB owner has attempted the same correction. Despite this, every attempt is marked as ‘Not accepted’, which is quite confusing.

Furthermore, the contract between Ruptub Solutions Private Ltd (Treebo Hotels) and Hotel South Park, Jamshedpur, officially ended on 31st December 2023. Therefore, continuing to display the Treebo branding is factually incorrect and misleading for customers.
