. Actually I am about to reach to leave 7 and got a badge after 4th level but I didn’t recieve it till now. I need to know whether any can tell me whom to contact regarding this?

There is no personal or private support for Local Guides, so posting your question here is actually the best you can do.
There are badges on Google Maps and there are badges here on Connect.
Kindly, explain in detail what badge you think is not awarded to you.

Thankyou for your response. Actually I was asking about Google map badge which is being sent to us via post.
You don’t get any badges from Google maps. The badge which you saw will be displayed in your contributions itself. Let me know if not the thing you are speaking about.
We normally call the physical badge a pin.
