Good places in Tokyo that I have been to recently and questions about getting followers

I would like to introduce some of the good places I visited in Tokyo recently.
This is my second introduction article.

And while I would like to encourage everyone to come visit Tokyo, I have now reached Local Guide Level 10. I want more people to see and connect with me, so please share your tips with your seniors.
Please come and visit us in Japan!

GLITCH COFFEE&ROASTERS

GLITCH COFFEE & ROASTERS is a specialty café focusing on single-origin coffees, opened in Tokyo’s Jimbocho neighborhood in 2023. Founder Kiyokazu Suzuki, who honed his skills at Australia’s renowned “Paul Bassett,” passionately shares Japanese coffee culture with the world.

The sophisticated interior, beautifully displayed coffee beans, and baristas with deep expertise create an atmosphere that transports you to another world. It’s such an enriching coffee experience, you’ll hesitate even to pick up your smartphone.

Every staff member clearly loves coffee, making this café a truly delightful place to visit.

かかん 富ヶ谷店

A Chinese restaurant, also found in Kamakura, has now opened in Yoyogi-Hachiman.

I remember it vividly from the impression of Chinza DOPENESS, one of Japan’s most iconic rappers, who was featured as the face of its advertisement.

Since the wait can be quite long—around 30 minutes to an hour—you’ll need to stay nearby until your name is called. But take it as an opportunity to enjoy spots like LOST AND FOUND or Fuglen Tokyo while you wait.

Once inside, you’ll step into an irresistibly charming space that evokes the warmth of Taiwan and China, where an absolutely delicious meal awaits.

For this level of quality at such a reasonable price, it’s rare to find Chinese food this good, and I was truly impressed.

Yet another spot to love in the Yoyogi-Uehara area…

PLAT

The best croissant in the world. This bakery, run by an architect, is filled with meticulous details and creativity. They frequently introduce new items, and their savory croissants are full of inventive flavors, while the dessert croissants are simply divine. The morning options are also exquisite.

They offer takeaway boxes, making their croissants perfect for gifts. It’s the kind of place you find yourself returning to without even thinking about it.

Great post @efgshota , with lots of suggestions on where to stop, relax and have a great snack or lunch. Love the idea of dragon from the vapors of the dish logo of the Chinese restaurant!

Bye,
David
