I noticed a change in reviewing interface and think it would be good to share it with you.
Previously we had only a simple text box for adding a review. By closure of Google Trip, Google prepared more options for a detailed review on the accommodation places like hotels. Such as location, rooms some other details.
Now it seems Google is going to extend these details options to other categories, too. We see new options on the web version of Google Maps.
For example, I saw these options on Taxi Station category
These options don’t appear if you rate 3star to a place.
Also, the phrases that show the reason of like or dislike one place are simply the opposite of each other for one category. For example, it shows “Good quality” for 4 and 5 stars but it shows “Poor quality” for 1 or 2 stars on a swimming pool.
Personally, I like these details options because not only help people to find the reason for like or dislike a place, but also help the system to learn more about the specifications of the place from different POVs and this again helps people for searching their preferred locations. On the other hand, it prevents a bit from bulk reviews and encourages people to describe more about their reviews.

Yes @Anshu3 , Sorry. I forgot that mention this feature isn’t still available on the app. This is visible on the web version. I hope Google brings this to the app, too.

Hi @ShakilAK It is available on some specific categories. Check “Swimming Pool” for example. And note that it is not available when you select the so-so status (3star) when you’re writing a review.
