I have to share with you the importance of having a good coffee in the morning. Not only here in Perth (my home) but all over the world.
I have travelled enough to know that although the concept is simple, it is a bit like common sense, not so easy to find.
Where ever I am in the world, I leave my partner snoring in bed, and go looking for the best coffee I can find, and I am discerning! The first thing I look for on Google maps when I visit a new place is 'Best Coffee shops near me" - it comes up automatically when I open Google maps now 
I would have to say my most disappointing cup recently was in Germany - who do not seem that excited about coffee. The best, was probably in Melbourne at a place called Stove Top near the Vic Markets.
I do not know how anyone else survives without it. It is my passion, and I will search high and low for it, what is more, I know there are lots of people like me - searching for the Gold Standard in Latte’s - so it is my mission to find the best coffees in the world, and record them for the travelling public to enjoy!
