I visited this place twice i.e., in November 2011 and in August 2013,

It is Located in Punjab, India and it is approx 230 kms from Chandigarh and 450 kms from Delhi.

People can visit Amritsar by Bus, Train and by Flight.

There are two more attractions near this temple.

  1. Jallianwala Bagh

  2. Wagah Border(which is most attractive and patriotic place of the country, the person who visit the temple never misses the glimpses of Wagah Border which brings goose bumps)

And about photography, there is no limits for taking snaps of the monument.

Photography is allowed and inside the monument photography is prohibited.
