Going gluten free

Being a local guide means a lot because i can help other people going through the path of having a child with a health issue. My daughter ks is almost 5 years old and she is celiac and it is actually hard to travel around with her since we need a special attention and even some fancy restaurants or even hotels dont offer this kind of flexibility when it comes to going on holidays ans finding a real solution. Since she was diagnosed i realize i could help her by being less dramatic and more focus on the main issue which was making her life more “normal” so i used other local guide’s help as as a start and then i wanted to help other people to connect with this problem and help them find restaurants and true places where they could feel comfortable so i made comments on those places around the country i visited during the last two years and a half after her diagnose.

So it means a lot to me to make the map more gluten free active to call it somehow and i wish i could start travelling more in order to continue contributing to our gluten free society since they lack of help.

A couple of weeks ago i went to a fancy place in my city and after finding out an important chef owns the hotel and restaurant i heard that they charge you for a person who cant even eat because they don’t offer a gluten free solution during your stay but i wentaanyways because i wanted to make sure it was true and i found out that sometimes expensive and fancy places are not ready for such challenge.
