Going Back to Africa

Back in the eighties I happened to work and live in Southern Africa. Now, I am a retired journalist, living in the sea resort of Hua Hin, 200 km south of the capital city of Thailand, Bangkok.

On the 19th of September 2018, my friend Wim from Canada and I will jump on the bus to Bangkok Airport. At 1 hour after midnight a Kenya Airlines flight is due to take off, heading for for Nairobi and Johannesburg (South Africa). We will be 3 weeks in a 4 wheel drive safari through South Africa, Botswana and Namibia. I make a daily record of routes, accomodation, wildlife, wildlife parks, food. The quest: make a life of a retiree enjoyable by going on a safari. Check it out and follow us. Photo’s, video’s, stories, reviews.

Wow! I hope you have fun on your journey. I’m sure you will see things that not most people get to see on the daily! Safe travels!:airplane::v:t3:
