I am a local guide for Google Maps for while.
I believe in promote small and medium business; Especially those that left you with good taste after you left
In my believe, all business should know how to serve or provide service, but I mentioned on my reviews only the business that gives you a little more than the basic service.
Like business who taking responsibility on their products (even if the guaranty is over), for small repair or professional advice.
A restaurant that offers customers to change their dish even though there is nothing wrong with it, just a bad choice of dish from the menu and a customer who does not enjoy his meal.

By given good reviews for the one who is doing more than they expected or more then the basic service I hope to encroach more business to be better and do more.
Instead of give a bad reviews for bad service for places, just for being angry… is missing the point. All business should know how to give service, they do not need my reviews to know what went wrong, and probably ignore the bad review (they will find the reason why to ignore).
We need to glorify the good businesses that their will be more of them, and then the good overcome the bad
