I recently visited Glenelg beach (near Adelaide) South Australia. Compared to other beaches like Bondi or Manly beach, Glenelg beach is very clean, not crowded at all, about 100 meters to to Tram stop that goes to Adelaide CBD, walking distance to cafes, shops, bus stops, library, hotels, apartments, houses and even backpackers place etc.
There are plenty of parking near beach and it cost just $3.00 an hour so anyone can park their vehicle and go to beach if they want to drive or public transport is very cheap compared to other beaches near major capital cities.
