peoples usually give feedback when they are upset about the service they had, but if you have to leave feed back when happy or not! that will be relevant to the next visitor,
I like to review a service i got or amazing things i got where ever i go, like restaurants, fast food places, cities, …that will help and make easy for the next numerous visitors convenience.
