  1. I am a Google Maps Local Guide. Last month i got an email saying i have been rewarded a Google Map lapel gift for being a good local guide. The gift is unregistered and was sent from UK to India by DHL Post. All was well until it reached India and therefore there is no tracking information available. I am afraid it’s been held up at Customs and i have no way of knowing because my phone number is not on the parcel. All i know is that i am being advised to contact ‘Brand Addition Google’ who is the ‘Sender’ who has shipped the pin and is the only institution who can enquire about the gift parcel they sent to me via DHL Post. Please advise.

I am facing the same issue. It’s been over a month and I have not received my local guide rewards. I am at level 7. I got an email stating that the parcel might be delayed due to covid restrictions but it’s been over one month and there has been no updates. I even checked with my local postal organization. Please help.

Hi,

My case is even worse. The gift parcel is departed from Deutsche Post terminal on 14th April. No update after that. How can we track this or contact them?

Hi Team,

Even I have not received my gift yet. I did not receive last year and this year too.

Placed an order in May. If you don’t have to send the gift then don’t even send the email as well. I am okay receiving a digital photocopy as well.
