Hello everyone, I am from India . I am now in level 7. When I was at lev 5 I got a gift in my email and it’s been 7-8 months I haven’t received that gift. They said I will get this within 3-6 weeks. But it’s taking so much time. Few months back I was able to track that product but now the details are not available. I have checked several times. If anybody knows please tell me what to do. Thank you.

Google only accept gifts, they don’t send you anything. You can salute google for that.

No brother. I am talking about Google Local Guide parks. So many people received this. But I didn’t receive it yet. Don’t know why
I’m in the same page as you. They sent a email that I’ll receive in 4 to 6 weeks. It has been more than 12 weeks now. Never heard back from them.

Hello @debdaspain I received the sock yesterday and it was good. I have missed the tracking link which I couldn’t find earlier. Search for ‘brandaddition’ without the quotes in your email. You should find a tracking link. It is little tricky to find the tracking as it is in a foreing language. You can search for the postal service’s tracking to find your courier. I hope this helps.
